Frequently asked questions
?What is Raqamon?
Raqamon (رقمٌ) is an Arabic-first queue management and booking platform: customers book their turn at clinics and service centers remotely and track it live, while businesses manage their queues and branches from one dashboard.
?Do I need an account to book a turn?
No. Booking on Raqamon requires no account or password — open the business's page, pick a service, and confirm with just your name and phone number.
?How do I book a turn at a clinic or service center?
Open the business's link on Raqamon or browse the available businesses at raqamon.com, then pick a booking channel, a service, and a day — appointment queues let you pick an exact time. You'll see your turn number as soon as the booking is confirmed, and can track it from the my-bookings screen.
?How do I know my turn is near without being there?
The my-bookings screen updates live: it shows how many people are ahead of you in first-come queues, plus an approximate time when the business enables it. You also get a notification when your turn approaches and again when it arrives, and reminders before scheduled appointments.
?Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — from the my-bookings screen, as long as your turn hasn't been called yet. Some businesses set a cutoff after which cancellation is locked as the appointment or turn approaches, and the business is notified automatically when you cancel.
?Can one business have more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own address, hours, and booking channels, and as a customer you pick the branch closest to you when booking — the business manages all its branches from the same dashboard.
?How do I register my business or clinic on Raqamon?
New businesses currently join by contacting the Raqamon team at raqamon.app@gmail.com. Once your account is activated, you manage everything at business.raqamon.com: booking channels, services, working hours, and your page link that customers book from directly.
?What does Raqamon offer clinics specifically?
A complete practice system on top of queue management: patient files with one platform-wide number, digital or photographed paper prescriptions with drug-name autocomplete, and vital-sign charts with pediatric and adult reference ranges. Details here.
?Is patient data safe on Raqamon?
Yes. Prescriptions are private to the doctor who wrote them, patient files cannot be browsed across clinics — a clinic only sees its own patients — and adding an already-registered patient requires knowing their complete phone number as proof of relationship.
