About Raqamon

Raqamon (رقمٌ) is an Arabic-first queue management and booking platform built to end long waiting lines at clinics and service centers. Instead of showing up early and waiting, customers book their turn from their phone, follow it in real time, and get notified as it approaches and when it arrives.

How customers book

1. Open the business's page on Raqamon (every business gets its own link) or browse the available businesses at raqamon.com.

2. Pick a branch, a booking channel, a service and a day — appointment queues let you pick an exact time. No account or password: a name and phone number are enough.

3. Track your turn live from "my bookings" and get a notification when it approaches and when it arrives.

What businesses get

• A live control panel: call next, call early, manage the member list.
• Multiple branches per business, each with its own hours, contact details, and booking channels.
• Multiple booking channels (grouped into categories), appointment-based or first-come.
• Team members with roles (moderator or viewer), per branch.
