One patient file, one number

Every patient has a single file with a permanent number (like PT-1048) that stays the same at every clinic on the platform — no duplicate files, no re-entering data. The file holds identity and insurance, while each clinic keeps its own private medical state (blood type, allergies, chronic conditions, notes).

Prescriptions — digital or photographed paper

• Write prescriptions digitally with autocomplete for medications commonly dispensed in Egypt, or photograph your paper prescription and attach it to the file.
• Automatic numbering (RX-2026-0042) linked to patient visits.
• Clean print layout, ready to hand to the patient.

Vital signs as charts

Blood pressure, blood sugar (fasting/postprandial/random), pulse, temperature, SpO2 and more — captured with the prescription and turned into trend charts over time, with scientific reference ranges that respect the patient's age (pediatric and adult brackets) and flag out-of-range readings.

Privacy by design

• Your prescriptions are yours: no other doctor sees them, even in the same clinic — colleagues see only a count.
• No browsing patients across clinics: your clinic sees its own patients only.
• Adding an already-registered patient requires entering their complete phone number as proof of relationship — no exploratory search.
• Each clinic's medical state is private to it and never shared.
